I attended a pot luck dinner party for the Olympic opening ceremony. I was feeling ambitious, and made two desserts! Did you do anything special for the opening ceremony?
Victoria Sponge Cake
(sponge cake with a strawberry jam and whipped cream center)
Banoffee Pie
(vanilla wafer pie crust filled with caramel & topped with bananas, whipped cream & shaved chocolate)
